Wirral Borough Council still has plots available and although some sites have a waiting list, if you are willing to consider alternative sites, you should be able to take up a tenancy fairly quickly. It may even be possible to have a half plot.
The cost of a tenancy for a plot is £25 per annum for 2004 with reductions for those on benefit or over 60.
